Imperfect item, unfixable

They arrived crooked. I brought them into a glasses shop to have them heated and properly fit but they could not be fit perfectly because of how thick the arms are. Really disappointed because they're a cute frame and too expensive to ship back.

Not a happy customer.

I love ordering from smaller sites to help with business but this time I regret it. Unable to return bc the price to return is more than half of the price of the sunglasses I ordered and do not fit. Not fair to customers. Not I’m out 250$ I won’t be ordering again.
